Stonehouse Property offers a furnishing service specifically for buy-to-let property investors in Aberdeen. This service has been exceptionally popular with our landlords and we have now completed over 75 packs, ranging from a one bedroom flat to a 6 bedroom house. The service has been particularly well received by our regular clients who can be absolutely confident that a property furnished by Stonehouse will be presented to the highest standard and will provide every comfort and convenience.
This reputation allows us to start showing properties to prospective tenants before they are complete as many clients are happy to submit an offer for a property in the knowledge that it will be finished to the Stonehouse standard. We have a unique advantage in this market in that we fully understand the needs of both the landlords and the tenants, and tailor the furnishing packs to suit, providing stylish and fully equipped interiors which are both cost effective and easily maintained. There is no mark up on the furniture - all items purchased for the property are provided to the landlord at cost and Stonehouse simply charges a fee for the service meaning that the value of the items provided for the property is completely transparent. Currently this service is only offered to Landlords who will be leasing their property through Stonehouse.
