Our Management Service offers you peace of mind as Stonehouse Property acts as the first point of contact for your tenants and we can also arrange for any maintenance work to be carried out on your behalf. Regular property checks will be carried out during the tenancy.

The Management Service includes the following:

- Provide an out of hours emergency contact for Tenants
- Collect and log monthly rent from the Tenant
- Transfer the balance minus any fees and expenses to a designated account
- Send the Landlord regular statements of account
- Check on the property regularly and provide a written report for the Landlord if required
- Arrange a full property check on behalf of the Landlord at the end of the Tenancy (at cost)
- Arrange any repair and maintenance works with approved Contractors
- Act as the principal point of contact for the Tenant for the duration of the Lease

The fee for the Management Service is 11% of the monthly rental (min £50) plus VAT and is deducted from the Landlord’s rent account prior to monthly payments being transferred.
